Please be aware that calls to our service pager will incur service charges at our normal service rates. There is a three hour minimum charge if a technician is paged after hours.
In an effort to further improve our customer service and response, TDS controls has implemented an after-hours Service Pager system.
Leave a message and one of our qualified service technicians will contact you within 24 hours.
To access this service you have two options:
- You can call our main office telephone (604-940-7740) after hours and dial 1 from the service pager menu. It will forward to the service pager for you.
- You can call the service number directly and leave a numeric or voice message.
